Valid for 9 months after your intended departure date, with at least two blank pages.
If you have them.
Filled in and signed by the applicant.
2 recent photos taken in the last 3 months, white background, size 35 × 45. No cap, glasses or sunglasses.
Showing a balance of more than 2 lakh for each applicant.
One photocopy.
Salary certificate or payslips for the last 3 months.
Copy with notary public, translated into English.
For a limited company.
One photocopy, both sides.
Required. One photocopy.
For a child who is not a student.
If your spouse is joining.
If the embassy asks for more documents while processing your application, provide them as early as possible.
