Fully completed and signed by the applicant.
2 recent passport-size photos, 35 × 45 mm, white background, matt or semi-matt, face covering 60–80% of the photo, taken in the last 3 months.
Valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned return from the Schengen area, with at least 2 consecutive blank pages. Include all previous passports.
Clear copies of the passport data page and all previous Schengen, US or UK visas.
Original letter from the inviting Italian company or branch, stating the exact purpose, duration and itinerary of the visit.
Certificate of registration of the Italian host company (Certificato d'iscrizione alla Camera di Commercio or visura camerale), issued within the past 6 months.
With translation and notarization.
Personal letter on your company pad addressed to the Visa Officer, Italy Embassy, Dhaka, detailing your designation, trip purpose and financial responsibility.
Stating your leave approval, position and salary details. Government officials provide a government order (GO).
Original and renewed, with translation and notarization. If you are self-employed or a business owner.
Professional business card in English.
Last 12 months, showing steady transactions and healthy financial solvency.
If applicable.
Translated and notarized copies of property, land or flat deeds, and car registration, if available.
Round-trip flight booking or itinerary.
Hotel reservation or corporate accommodation covering your entire stay in Italy and other Schengen countries.
Covers urgent medical care and repatriation, valid across the Schengen territory, with at least €30,000 cover.
