Check off each item as you prepare it.
Valid for 7 months after your intended departure date, with at least two blank pages.
If you have them.
2 recent photos taken in the last 3 months, white background, 35 × 45 mm. Soft copy. Not scanned or stapled, and not used for any previous visa.
Company or personal statement for the last 6 months, clearly showing the bank's name and telephone number. Minimum balance BDT 100,000 for each applicant.
For doctors. Scan copy.
For advocates.
For retired people. One photocopy.
Copy with notary public, translated into English.
For a limited company.
Only for children and infants.
Ticket itinerary and hotel booking.
If your spouse's name is not in your passport, or for a first visit to Malaysia.
