Valid for 7 months after your intended departure date, with at least two blank pages.
If you have them.
Filled in and signed by the applicant.
2 recent photos, '35*45 CM' as printed in the source, taken in the last 3 months, matt paper, white background. Not scanned or stapled, and not used for any previous visa.
Required. One photocopy.
Company or personal statement for the last 6 months, clearly showing the bank's name and telephone number. Minimum balance BDT 70,000 for each applicant.
Issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bangladesh.
For doctors. Scan copy.
For advocates. One photocopy.
For retired people.
Copy with notary public, translated into English.
For a limited company.
Two copies.
One photocopy, both sides.
Last 6 months. Minimum balance BDT 70,000 for each applicant.
Only for children and infants.
