At least two blank pages. Valid for at least 6 months (or 3 months minimum under Schengen rules) after you leave the Schengen territory. Include all previous passports.
Schengen visa application form
Completed and signed.
Photographs
2 recent colour photos, 35 × 45 mm, lab print, white background, not older than 3 months and not used for any previous visa.
Cover letter
A detailed letter from you explaining the purpose of the visit, addressed to the Embassy of Sweden.
Travel health insurance
Valid for all Schengen countries, covering medical expenses of at least €30,000.
Itinerary and bookings
Round-trip airline reservation with passenger registration number, and proof of accommodation or hotel reservation.
Bank statement and solvency certificate
Personal bank statements for the last 6 months, with a bank solvency certificate. Sweden generally requires proof of SEK 450 per day per person.
TIN or income tax certificatesIf available
For the last 3 years, if applicable.
National ID card copy
Translations & notaryGuidance
Any document in Bangla must include an authorised notarization with an English translation.
